Haller Lake Bungalow

This home is located in the North Seattle neighborhood of Haller Lake.  A small community of mostly single family homes surrounding the small lake.  The lake can be accessed from two locations and is a wonderful spot to launch a paddleboard or to just take a quick swim.  The neighborhood is easily accessible to all of Seattle via I5 freeway and by the light rail stations of Pinehurst, and Northgate.

The house is just a short walk through Northacres park to the Pinehurst Light Rail station. Trains arrive every 4 minutes and from there capital hill is 12 minutes, downtown is about 15 and the airport is 55 minutes. If you have any questions about the home, please reach out!
